Your mechanic can't quote a repair sight unseen, and neither can we. Jewelry in need of repair often requires more than meets the eye, so we'll give you an honest, accurate price once we've seen it in person.

This green tourmaline ring was the black sheep of the family. None of our client's children were interested in inheriting it. So we breathed new life into it: repolished the gemstone, retipped the prongs, and refinished the band. Now everyone wants it.

This ring was worn and enjoyed for many years before it was brought to us. We rebuilt several prongs, retipped others, and restored the channels holding the baguette diamonds to like-new quality. It's ready to be worn and loved for years to come.
What to bring
Bring the piece, along with anything else you've been meaning to have looked at. Some clients bring items to sell that help offset the cost of the work. We'll assess everything in person and give you an honest estimate before we begin.
A couple of honest notes
Two things we'll always be straight about. We don't work on watches; we're jewelers, not watchmakers, and we won't put our name on something we can't stand behind. And every so often, a piece is simply too far gone to restore safely. If that's the case, we'll let you know rather than take your money and set you up for disappointment.
Frequently asked questions
How long will my repair take?
About 2 weeks for most pieces. If we need to source a part or a matching stone, it can take longer, and we'll let you know when we assess it.
Why can't you quote me over the phone?
Because pieces almost always need more than they appear to. We'd rather see it in person and give you an honest, accurate estimate than a number that changes later.
Do you offer rush repairs?
Yes, a rush fee will apply. If you're on a deadline, tell us, and we'll do our best to repair your piece on time.
Is there anything you won't repair?
We don't work on watches, and we won't take on a piece that's too damaged to restore safely. If yours falls into that category, we'll let you know.
Can you restore an old heirloom?
Absolutely. Heirloom and antique restoration is some of our most rewarding work, from filigree to engraving to turning a brooch into a pendant you'll actually wear.
