Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Big Sky Brilliance website and your purchase of products and services from Big Sky Brilliance LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Helena, Montana. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Appointments and Consultations

Our services are offered by appointment. Requesting an appointment through the website is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm a time. Consultations may take place in person in Helena, or with clients elsewhere by phone or a face-to-face virtual meeting. Repairs must be assessed in person.

2. Custom Orders

Custom work begins with a design consultation. A $100 rendering deposit is required to begin your design and is applied toward the final price of your piece. This rendering deposit is non-refundable. Once you approve the final design, fabrication begins with a payment of 50% of the balance, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Because custom pieces are made to your specifications, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Repairs

Repair pricing is quoted after we inspect the piece in person, as repairs often require more work than is initially apparent. We do not service watches. We may decline repairs on pieces that, in our professional judgment, cannot be safely or reliably restored. Estimated timelines are approximate and may vary if parts or stones must be sourced.

4. Gold and Jewelry Buying

Offers to purchase gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, coins, bullion, and similar items are made at our discretion after assessment. We do not purchase costume or fashion jewelry. We purchase items connected to a divorce only once the divorce is finalized. Any offer we make reflects current resale market value, which may differ from an appraisal value or a purchase price.

5. Estate and Online Purchases

Estate pieces are individual items, and we generally have only one of each. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is completed. Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Title passes to you upon full payment and shipment.

6. Shipping and Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Payment Methods

For in-person and custom work, we accept cash, check, debit and credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and wire transfer. Online estate purchases are processed through our website checkout.

8. Product Descriptions and Images

We work to describe and photograph our pieces accurately. Colors and details may appear differently on different screens. Minor variations, particularly in estate and handmade pieces, are part of their character.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Big Sky Brilliance LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Sky Brilliance LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your purchase of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this website is the current one, and your continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
